I have many goals for the AITP club. It's active members are severely lacking and do not show up for a lot of the meetings. Another thing is that there is not enough meetings, there is supposed to be a meeting every other tuesday but its turned into a once a month meeting. These problems can be fixed with better advertising to get the word out there about this club. I myself would have been very interested to join this club as soon as i came to USI, but i did not know about the club untill i had the academic advisor for the club as a teacher in a class this semester.
With some proper advertisement the members of this club would easily double. Such as advertising on the UC TV, bulletin board postings, or sidewalk chalk. Perhaps meetings are becoming a rarer occurence because students are not showing enough interest in the club and thus the management of the club do not bother with meetings. With a little interest shown from everyone that wants to help the club stay alive it can change the club around.

exercise 29
My example of public discourse is when I was in the 6th grade. Our lunch food was horrible, it was basically uneatable, many people just started bringing their own lunch because it was so bad. To try to get the principle to offer some edible food in our cafeteria we had about 20 people pile into his small office. It did not solve anything and we gave up when threatened of being suspended, it was a fun time though.
